Information Night for 2019 Prospective Prep Parents
Monday 28th May, 2018 in our Early Learning Centre at 6.00pm-7.30pm
Education Week
Every week is ‘Education Week’ at Montrose Primary School however we do have exciting things happening during this week. Please feel welcome to call and arrange an individual tour of our school at a time that suits you.

Term 3:
Bookworm
All children due to commence school in 2019 are welcome to attend our Bookworm sessions. These sessions include activities such as story reading, craft, songs and developmental play.
We are offering a choice of Thursday OR Friday sessions.
Session 1: Friday 3rd August, 2018
Session 2: Friday 10th August, 2018
Session 3: Friday 17th August, 2018
Session 4: Friday 24th August, 2018
2.40pm - 3.20pm in our Early Learning Centre
Term 4:
Formal Transition Program
Our Formal Transition Program is for enrolled 2019 Montrose Primary School Preps and is designed to ready students for school. It includes 4 specialist sessions (PE, Art, Drama/Music and Chinese) and 3 classroom sessions.
Specialist Session 1: Friday 12th October
Specialist Session 2: Friday 19th October
Specialist Session 3: Friday 26th October
Specialist Session 4: Friday 2nd November
(Parents and children will meet in the hall and will move to specialist sessions in groups)
Classroom Session 1: Friday 9th November
Classroom Session 2: Friday 16th November
Classroom Session 3: Friday 23rd November
(Parents and children will meet in the Early learning Centre and will move to classrooms in groups)
All 7 formal transition sessions will take place between 2:15–3:15pm

Orientation Day for 2019 Preps
Tuesday 11th December in our Early Learning Centre at 9:15am-10:30am.
